Riverhobby’s all-new re-engineered Blast Short Course RC Truck. It comes with an updated body shell with roll cage, useable spare tyre and interior Driver detail with decal. This 1:10 scale electric truck has been around for a while and competitively competes with more expensive brands for reliability and durability. It comes fitted with a 3300kv 3650 size Brushless VRX motor built for speed and punch, a 50A Hobbywing ESC and a 7.4V Lipo battery to get the most out of the electrics.
Riverhobby Blast 2.0 comes with a 4WD drivetrain connected from the transmission through to the metal front and rear differentials. The off-center front and rear diff supply smooth, balanced power to all four wheels for maximum power output. Fully sealed Dust-proof central transmission system protects gears from abrasive sand and grit particles.
A rear-motor layout optimises weight distribution for stability during jumps and high-speed cornering. Durable, lightweight chassis with a tubular roll cage for impact resistance and structural rigidity. Blast also comes with a useable spare tyre, allowing you to replace a blown tyre on the fly.
Blast 2.0 comes with a live rear axle with limiters and a rear sway bar fitted so it’s going to drive exactly like a real short course truck unlike similar short course trucks with all-round independent suspension, for a more realistic scale experience. The limiters help prevent the center of gravity getting too high in sharp turns or high speed driving and so, moderate rollover characteristics.
Oil-filled, tune-able shocks with extended travel absorb bumps and holes, maintaining tyre contact on even the most rugged surfaces and adjustable camber and toe links allow customisation of your suspension geometry for optimised stability and traction on loose surafces like dust and gravel.
Blast 2.0 features standard short course truck black wheels with a 2.2/ 3.0in profile and faux beadlock trim for scale realism, whilst wide heavy tread tyres grip the terrain with authority.
