The Hobbywing EZRUN 18A can definitely cater for all the power hungry requirements that professional drivers need in their 1/18th scale rc cars. The ESC has excellent torque and throttle response with minimal lag time. The ESC has adjustable parameters to allow for smooth throttle and brake response when required.
Hobbywing put their patented heat-conductive copper bar cover on the power board of this unit, which efficiently transfers heat to the integrated CNC machined billet aluminum heat sink, combine this with a high-performance cooling fan will keep your ESC as cool as possible.
